We offer five packages ranging from business formulation, service delivery, decision-making to client-centric processes.

This program consists of 3 parts:

  • Business Exploration: Does your viable service or product take care of customers problems? Moreover, will your idea fix a customers’ pain points. We investigate along with you for affirmation of the above.  When affirmed, we transition to modeling how your business will execute your service or product to serve customers.
  • Business Modeling: We develop a structure around all of your business operations components. Firstly, the client’s profile, relationship and channel are explored and developed.  Thereafter, the focus changes to the business’ value proposition – your promise to your clients.  Once the value proposition is created,  we flush out the business activities, resources and partnerships. This step ensures and refines a direct correlation to the value proposition of the business.  Lastly, we focus on the cost structure and the revenue streams of the business. The business must extract all value provided to your clients.
  • Business Plan or Strategy Development: The final piece of this program creates a  business plan or strategy development document that enables you to keep track of all the components discussed above. Both documents details the steps needed to fulfill each business component described above.

Duration: 3 to 6 months
