I resigned from EMC Corporation in January of 2012 after 15 years of holding multiple positions as a Systems and Software Engineer, Performance Engineer, Engineering Support and Voice of the Customer Programs Advocate, Program Manager and lastly, a Business Manager. I did this because I knew there was a need to retain my legacy instead of giving it away to someone else. For three years, I researched why churches failed and in 2016, I opened Joseph Solomon Management Consulting. The same reasons why churches failed correlates to the same reasons why businesses fail. The inverse of this research also supports why businesses and organizations succeed.
Not only does Joseph Solomon Management Consulting help businesses succeed, but we also tithe to our local church, volunteer our expertise to local churches and operate GiG Foundation (http://www.gigfound.org) – a foundation opened by our founder to serve humanity by building infrastructure that enriches impoverished communities around the world.
